Outdoor space features 50ft waterfront views, water toys, fully fenced in backyard, floating dock, fish cleaning station, fire pit, grill, lounge chairs, hammock, and covered outdoor area with a TV, tables and chairs for watching Netflix or sports games and lounging or reading.
Indoor space is bright and has 5 sliding doors and many windows for natural light and to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are 3 bedrooms (Room 1- Queen, Room 2- Queen, Room 3- Twin and twin trundle) and 1.5 baths with tub. There is a fully equipped kitchen, to make breakfast, lunch and dinner or if you prefer you can fire up the grill. Each room has a smart TV if you want to unwind and watch Netflix or Hulu. There are board games and books. Washer and Dryer is available in the front closet.
We provide a variety of household items for you to use during your stay. Please let us know if you need assistance locating these items or need additional items. Please use all house amenities responsibly.

Résumé: Cleanliness: I'm so particular with being in a clean place. You can literally eat off their floors. Their kitchen looks as though nobody has ever cooked in it-- it's that clean! Bathrooms are spotless! The shower is super clean, spacious and looks brand. new. I'm a huge germaphobe, so being in this place made me feel so at home. The inside: The photos do not give this place justice. I wish I could upload all the pics & videos I have taken here. The entire house is filled with windows and sliders. There are four sliders! You can walk out from every corner of the place. The sun shines from every side, and the roll-up sleek shades can hide the sun if you choose to do so. I felt like I was on a huge boat! Not only does the owner have two comfortable leather recliners, but the sofa itself has two recliners as well, so if it happens to rain all week on your vacation--just grab a blanket, open up some windows for air and watch the storm from all four cushy recliners all cozied up. Bedrooms: The first two main bedrooms have the MOST comfortable beds. I slept like a baby! CLEAN sheets (I'm particular with that) and everything smelled so fresh and airy. The third bedroom is nice too! It has French doors going into the living room. You can barbecue on their beautiful Blackstone griddle outside, or stay in and cook on their gas stove from the inside of their beautiful upgraded kitchen. I stayed home and cooked ALL week (I'm a cook so this is my dream) and we had seafood dinners most of the time. Although, there are many restaurants nearby. We had a couple of DoorDash deliveries as well. They come in less than 30 minutes. Also, we got Instacart and ordered groceries delivered right to the door from Shoprite or whatever supermarket you choose. There's a huge seafood fish market 5 minutes away called, River Road Clam House. "Fresh fish Fridays" are when they have seafood that came right off the boat. The family who owns the place are really helpful, nice and hilarious! We had such a great time just being there. We also sat on their dock, set out the crab traps, went fishing. The host was super friendly, communicative and was always willing to help us find whatever it was we were looking for. They put a lot of love and effort into their home. Thank you, Diana for letting us stay here! BEST trip ever!!! You helped us so much! You're an amazing host and we cannot wait to come back out and stay at your gorgeous home again! So so grateful!
